Vic de Kock

Vic de Kock (Snr), the authoritative foundation of Labour Law Solution Services (LLSS), entered the Labour Law arena in the early 80s, receiving guidance from Adv. Gey van Pittius and contributing valuable input to the formulation of the current Labour Relations Act (LRA). This history establishes his deep expertise, which he translated into practical Human Resources and Industrial Relations experience at the shop floor level, specializing in matters of Labour Law.

His extensive career in the Corporate Industry included active involvement in facilitating complex disciplinary hearings in the workplace and, crucially, representing employers at CCMA proceedings as a member of an Employers Representative Organization, showcasing his proficiency in court submission and advocacy.

Beyond technical compliance, Vic’s enduring passion lies in his interaction with individuals, emphasizing changing negative behavioural patterns towards higher productivity; a core element of workplace education and development. Furthermore, his ability to speak various African languages combined with an in-depth knowledge of African culture ensures seamless negotiation and integration, making his expertise comprehensive across South Africa, and forming the unique methodology of LLSS today.
